Goods will be despatched upon the receipt of cleared funds. All goods are sent via Royal Mail where practical.
All orders are shipped same day subject to stock availability, please allow 7 working days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a full refund.
Orders can be placed online through our secure server or by post, our postal address can be obtained by sending an email to sales@silver-giftware.co.uk.
All client information is confidential, we do not share or sell this information to third party organisations.
Silver Giftware will not except any liability for any mis-use of the products.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty, please return them to us for an exchange or refund.
Full refunds will be given upon receipt of the item(s).
In the event that you change your mind or wish to return an item that is not faulty or damaged refunds will be given upon receipt of the item. We reserve the right to charge a 5% admin fee in these circumstances.
Refunds will be given in the same method as the original payment.
All items are returned at the risk and cost of the purchaser.
